The organization helps businesses streamline global hiring, employee management, payroll processing, and compliance across multiple regions.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Founders, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
Present and promote Payroll, HRMS, EOR, Workforce Management, and Compliance solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and solution presentations.
Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
Experience in Payroll, HRMS, EOR, Staffing, Workforce Management, Compliance, or SaaS solution sales.
Strong lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from Payroll, HRMS, EOR, HR Tech, Workforce Management, Staffing, Compliance, or SaaS companies will be preferred.
