As part of our continued growth in Sweden, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and help build the next chapter of SPERTON Sweden.
The Role
Initially, the role will focus primarily on recruitment delivery and consultant hiring, taking ownership of the full recruitment process from requirement gathering to successful placement.
For the right person, the role can naturally evolve into a broader 360 Recruiter / Business Development Manager position after approximately 3-6 months, including client acquisition, account development and commercial responsibility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial recruiter who wants the freedom to work remotely and the opportunity to significantly influence their own earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment and consultant hiring assignments.
Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases and networking.
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
Present candidates and manage interview and offer processes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines within key disciplines.
Deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients.
Business Development Responsibilities
Develop and grow customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and recruitment assignments.
Conduct client meetings and support commercial activities.
Build long-term partnerships and strategic accounts.
Who We Are Looking For
We believe you have:
Minimum 7 years of experience within recruitment, executive search, staffing or consultant hiring.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
A strong professional network in Sweden.
Experience recruiting within Engineering, Energy, Infrastructure, Data Centers, IT, Industrial or Commercial functions is highly valued.
Excellent sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial and delivery-focused mindset.
