Why This Role?
We are seeking a high-performing "Senior Sales Representative" for one of our client's who are a leading Mexican Logistics Operator, to drive business growth within the electronics and high-value premium products sector. This role focuses on the end-to-end sales cycle, from aggressive lead generation to closing complex 4PL logistics contracts.
The primary focus will be implementing a high-value sales methodology (BANT), active prospecting, and the presentation and follow-up of personalized logistics solutions.
What You'll Do?
Identification & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential prospects that fits the company's ideal customer profile.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed an annual sales target of MXN $10–15 million.
Business Development: Proactively generate new business via multi-channel prospecting (minimum 30 effective calls and 2 in-person meetings per week).
CRM Management: Keep the CRM updated with accurate and detailed information on prospects and clients.
Strategic Selling: Utilize BANT methodology to qualify prospects and collaborate with internal operations, finance, and IT teams to design customized, value-driven logistics solutions.
Sales & Negotiation: Conduct weekly visits to prospects and present the company and it's logistics solutions.
Follow-up & Closing: Continuously follow-up on commercial proposals to ensure sales closure.
Who You Are?
Experience: 3–5 years in 4PL contract logistics sales, with at least 3 years specifically in the electronics or premium products industry.
Methodology: Knowledge of high value sales methodology and BANT.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, including cold prospecting, C-level presentations, and contract negotiations.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator), Microsoft Office, and AI sales tools.
Language: Advanced English (oral and written) is essential for international negotiations and presentations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with an additional diploma or Master's degree (preferred).
Soft Skills: A resilient, proactive, and autonomous professional with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Working Conditions & Compensation
Schedule: 80% field work/client visits; 20% office-based (includes 1 day of remote work per week).
Compensation: Competitive structure consisting of 70% fixed salary and 30% variable/commission-based pay tied to KPIs, with an additional sales commission scheme.
Location: Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of the company facility.
