Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

We're partnering with a highly respected boutique litigation firm in New York City with decades of experience representing clients in complex aviation, transportation, and catastrophic injury matters. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where paralegals play a meaningful role throughout the litigation lifecycle and are valued as long-term members of the firm.
What You'll Do
Support complex litigation from case inception through trial or settlement
Prepare and manage discovery requests, document productions, and deposition summaries
Draft legal documents and assist with trial preparation
File documents through NYSCEF and PACER in State and Federal Courts
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
Prepare exhibits, presentations, and litigation materials for mediations, arbitrations, and trial
Utilize modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to support litigation workflows
What We're Looking For
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm
Experience supporting matters through discovery, trial, settlement, or arbitration
Proficiency with NYSCEF, PACER, and State/Federal Court e-filing
Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
Comfortable adopting new legal technology and AI-assisted workflows
