Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
Record and monitor purchase, production, and sales transactions.
Track manufacturing costs, including fabric, dyeing/printing, embroidery, adda work, and CMT expenses.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and cash flow.
Support garment costing by consolidating BOM data with actual production costs.
Process payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
Prepare tax documentation in coordination with external tax consultants.
Support inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Maintain complete financial documentation and audit-ready records.
What We're Looking For in You:
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, textiles, garments, or retail.
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and Pakistani tax regulations.
Experience with production costing, inventory reconciliation, and financial analysis.
High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
