Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech (Banking)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top tech talent in banking.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, networks, social media, and pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve strategies.
- Represent employer brand at events and promote opportunities.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient processes.
- Manage Salary Proposal
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting tech roles in banking/financial services.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
