About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced "Installation Planner" for the Gassco - Pipeline Valve Upgrade project of one of our client's based in Bergen. In this role, you will establish project installation schedules, collaborate closely with method and installation teams, and ensure progress aligns with project targets.
Note that this position includes a scheduled shutdown from September 2 to September 15, 2027, which requires physical presence at the site in Dunkerque, France.
What You'll Do?
Establish a project installation schedule in close cooperation with method and installation teams.
Ensure progress is achieved in accordance with project targets by working closely with key stakeholders.
Perform active follow-up of installation plans both offshore and onshore.
Contribute to the setup, development, and updates of the project planning basis, ensuring consistency between contractors' plans and the overall project plan.
Maintain proactive follow-up of progress development.
Maintain communication and interfaces among other stakeholders, senior managers, and contractors.
Contribute with planning and trend analysis, including float and critical path development.
Actively develop proposals for schedule recovery and the maintenance of key milestones.
Who You're?
Experience: Preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Preferably includes offshore experience or other relevant practical experience.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree of Science or Economics.
Language Skills: Fluent in English.
Software Skills: Safran Project (Safran), MIPS.
Personal Qualities: Good cooperation skills and a positive mindset.
