About the Role:
We are looking for a "Project Coordinator" to join one of our client's team on full-time onsite basis in 0801 Panama city.

What You'll Do?
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the technical service at the mining site.
- Manage schedules, shifts, vacations and performance of field technicians.
- Act as the main point of contact with the customer for all matters related to field service.
- Coordinate with the client's maintenance team to align service activities with the operational objectives of the mining equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safety culture.
- Monitor team performance and support reliability initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional areas such as Quality, Technical Support, Planning and Programming.
- Prepare service reports for the Operations Manager and the Director.
- Track work orders created in the ERP.
- Participate in meetings with the client and represent professionally.
- Integrate digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify operational and environmental risks and propose preventive actions.
- Participate in the induction and mentoring of new team members.
- Ensure the development of personnel according to the company's training program.
Who You Are?
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in field service roles in mining.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Techniques: Quality control, ERP, data analysis, heavy mining machinery, safety.
Leadership: Team management, communication, decision making.
Innovation: Continuous improvement, automation, digitization.
Emotional: Resilience, adaptability, self-control, empathy, self-motivation.
