About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for an experienced Senior Change Management & Communication Lead to support a large-scale organizational transformation and factory expansion.
In this role, you will lead both the strategic and operational change management and internal communication efforts, helping the organization successfully navigate a major transformation. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, project managers, and business stakeholders to create clarity, engagement, and trust throughout the change journey.
We are looking for a senior professional with extensive experience in change management and internal communications within large industrial organizations who can independently drive initiatives while collaborating across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive change management and internal communication initiatives throughout the transformation program.
Develop, refine, and execute change and communication plans.
Identify and mitigate risks related to organizational change, uncertainty, and change fatigue.
Ensure clear, engaging, and consistent communication across different stakeholder groups.
Collaborate closely with leadership, HR, project managers, and key business stakeholders.
Plan and facilitate workshops, information sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Support managers in leading change within their teams.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and continuously improve communication strategies.
Contribute to strengthening the organization's change readiness and culture.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in change management and internal communications within large industrial organizations.
Proven experience leading major organizational transformation or expansion programs.
Experience working closely with executive leadership, line managers, and employee representatives.
Strong consulting background in complex organizations with multiple parallel initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical execution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build engagement and trust.
Strong understanding of organizational culture and change psychology.
Analytical mindset with experience using feedback and measurement to improve change initiatives.
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Ludvika.
