Assignment Description
Responsible for delivering high-quality process drawings and documentation within agreed schedules. The role involves close collaboration with Process and Design disciplines, supporting digital engineering workflows, maintaining engineering data and revision control, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, standards and project requirements.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver high-quality process drawings within agreed schedules
• Develop and maintain P&IDs, PFDs/UFDs and related process drawings
• Work closely with Process and Design disciplines in multidisciplinary project teams
• Use AVEVA Diagram, BricsCAD and other relevant P&ID/drafting software
• Maintain process drawing databases and engineering data
• Manage engineering data, document revisions and revision control
• Apply project templates, title blocks, drafting standards and document management requirements
• Support data integration between AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Engineering and AVEVA E3D
• Support digital engineering workflows and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Troubleshoot relevant software and support system administration when required
• Ensure quality and compliance of assigned process design deliverables
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Designer within oil & gas, energy or industrial projects
• Proven experience with P&ID software such as AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD or similar
• Strong proficiency in AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD
• Experience with process drawings and process databases
• Experience with engineering data management and revision control
• Knowledge of project templates, title blocks, drafting standards and document management
• Experience with data integration between AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Engineering and AVEVA E3D
• Knowledge of relevant drafting and industry standards
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams
• Ability to troubleshoot relevant software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-driven, structured and detail-oriented approach
• Norwegian and English
• Must work from the office in Fornebu – home office or split location is not accepted
Experience Level
• The client is looking for someone with minimum 3 years of Process Designer experience
• Experience from oil & gas, energy or industrial projects is preferred
• Strong experience with AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD is required
• Experience working with process drawings, databases and multidisciplinary teams is preferred
