About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support the People Experience function across the Falkenberg and Mölnlycke sites.
You will work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver operational and strategic HR support across a broad range of people-related topics. The primary workplace will be Falkenberg, with occasional support required at the Mölnlycke site.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment while partnering with leaders to drive organizational development, performance, employee relations, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to deliver operational and strategic HR support.
Support performance management, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and collective agreements.
Coach managers on employee relations, talent management, career development, and team development.
Support organizational changes, development initiatives, and remuneration-related activities.
Lead and coordinate employee onboarding processes.
Prepare and maintain job descriptions.
Initiate recruitment processes together with the Staffing Manager.
Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and internal policies.
Collaborate with HR specialists, payroll administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.
Requirements
Broad experience working as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar senior HR role.
Previous experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Experience working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management.
Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work on-site in Falkenberg and travel to Mölnlycke when required.
