Production Manager
Lead end-to-end production across Pret, Formal, and Bridal collections — shaping vendor networks, quality, and on-time delivery in a growing fashion business.
Why This Role?
We are looking for an experienced Production Head to take ownership of end-to-end production across Pret, Formal, and Bridal collections. This is a key leadership position for someone who understands fashion production, vendor management, fabrics, embellishments, CMT operations, workforce coordination, and quality control. You will play a central role in ensuring orders are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete production cycle for Pret, Formal, and Bridal orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and actively onboard new CMT vendors.
Build and maintain a database of machine embroidery vendors, master cutters, CMT units, hand-work artisans, tailors, material suppliers, fabric vendors, and dyers.
Ensure timely fulfillment of all Pret, Formal, and Bridal orders.
Prepare and circulate daily order lists, highlighting urgent and delayed orders for priority action.
Ensure the studio and online store maintain sufficient stock of best-selling products.
Maintain proactive production and stock planning to avoid shortages.
Coordinate daily with production teams regarding order status, progress, and expected completion timelines.
Monitor fabric and material usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain accurate records of fabric requirements, materials issued, materials consumed, and related receipts.
Prepare weekly production plans and provide regular updates to management.
Track the status of each Bridal order, collection-wise fulfillment, and estimated completion timelines.
Maintain production plans for at least the upcoming two weeks and preferably the full month.
Ensure strict quality checks on every order before online dispatch or delivery to the studio.
Manage worker attendance, working hours, and daily/weekly payment details.
Ensure accurate outfit information, including fabric, sizes, colors, and other product details, is shared with the web team on time.
Coordinate with the Design Head to provide timely inlay card and product details for upcoming collections.
Maintain complete and accurate records of all incoming and outgoing orders in both physical registers and the relevant system.
What We’re Looking For in You:
Proven experience in fashion, bridal, couture, or garment production.
Strong understanding of Pret, Formal, and Bridal production processes.
Excellent knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, embroidery, handwork, cutting, stitching, and garment finishing.
Strong network of CMT units, tailors, cutters, embroidery vendors, artisans, fabric suppliers, and dyers.
Proven experience in vendor sourcing, coordination, negotiation, and management.
Strong production planning and order management skills.
Experience managing multiple orders, deadlines, and production teams simultaneously.
Strong understanding of inventory, material control, costing, and production wastage.
Excellent quality-control and problem-solving skills.
Strong workforce coordination and payment management experience.
Good documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
Experience with luxury fashion, bridal, or couture brands will be highly preferred.
