Why This Role?
We are looking for a skilled Multi-Head Embroidery Puncher & Traveller / Digitizer to join a fast-paced commercial textile production environment. This role is ideal for someone who can manage the complete technical embroidery process — from digital punching and stitch planning to machine setup, production execution, and troubleshooting.
You will work closely with production teams and external vendors to ensure embroidery designs are accurately executed at scale while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Why Apply for This Role?
Work on commercial textile and fashion embroidery production.
Handle the complete embroidery design lifecycle from punching to production.
Work with multi-head embroidery machines and complex layouts.
Gain hands-on exposure to both digitizing and production-floor execution.
Work closely with vendors and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Convert original artwork, logos, and embroidery designs into machine-readable formats such as .DST and .EMB.
Digitize and punch designs using Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse, or similar embroidery software.
Select appropriate stitch types, including satin, fill, and tatami, based on design requirements.
Set stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, and other technical parameters.
Optimize embroidery designs according to different fabrics, including lawn, chiffon, denim, leather, and other commercial textiles.
Map continuous running stitches and travelling sequences to move the needle efficiently between motifs.
Minimize unnecessary thread trims, jumps, and color changes.
Oversee embroidery machine setup and execution on the production floor.
Align multi-head machines for large layouts, ensuring accurate positioning with no overlaps or gaps.
Troubleshoot embroidery issues such as puckering, thread breaks, tension problems, and alignment issues.
Coordinate with external embroidery vendors and factory production units when required.
Help calibrate and adjust machinery to achieve consistent production quality.
Ensure mass-production embroidery matches the approved sample and design specifications.
Location: Head Office, Lahore – Onsite
Experience: 2–5+ years in commercial textile embroidery
What We’re Looking For in You:
2–5+ years of experience as an Embroidery Puncher, Digitizer, or Traveller in a commercial textile or fashion environment.
Strong command of Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML, Pulse, or similar embroidery digitizing software.
Strong understanding of multi-head embroidery machines.
Good knowledge of needles, threads, fabric tension, stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation.
Experience working with different fabrics and understanding how embroidery settings need to be adjusted accordingly.
Strong troubleshooting skills with practical production-floor experience.
Ability to work closely with factory teams and external vendors.
Willingness to travel between factory wings and external production units when required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent embroidery quality during mass production.

Opportunity to work with multi-head embroidery machinery and advanced digitizing processes.
A dynamic onsite production environment.
Opportunity to work across design, digitizing, embroidery, and production operations.
Professional growth within a growing fashion and textile business.
