Employment Type: Consultant Assignment
Assignment Period: 12 months (October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027; extension may be possible)
Workload: Approximately 50%
Language Requirements: Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support environmental, health, and safety initiatives across multiple sites in Sweden.
In this role, you will contribute to developing and maintaining a safe working environment by supporting health, safety, and environmental activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
The position requires regular travel between sites in Sweden and close collaboration with operational teams, management, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support environmental, health, and safety activities across multiple locations.
Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Identify and mitigate workplace health, safety, and environmental risks.
Support investigations of incidents and contribute to preventive actions.
Provide guidance and training on HSE procedures and compliance requirements.
Participate in HSE audits and follow-up activities.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant legislation.
Collaborate with managers, employees, and external stakeholders to strengthen HSE performance.
Requirements
Previous experience working within Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Experience with HSE compliance, audits, and risk management.
Ability to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Swedish citizenship is required.
Ability to travel between several sites in Sweden.
Valid SSG-Entré certificate.
