About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated "Registered Nurse" with specialized expertise in intravenous (IV) therapy to join one of our client's dynamic aesthetic clinic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, administer complex treatments, and ensure the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence within our hospital facility.
What You'll Do:
Administer intravenous (IV) therapies, medications, blood products, and fluids safely and accurately according to physician prescriptions.
Monitor patients receiving IV treatments, manage peripheral and central lines, and troubleshoot any infusion-related complications.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for patients in a clinical setting.
Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient care, medication administration, and clinical progress in electronic health records.
Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, recovery processes, and medication regimens.
Adhere strictly to clinic policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory healthcare standards.
Who You're?
Registered Qualification: Must hold an active, valid nursing license/registration with the relevant national or regional nursing council.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience.
Hospital Setting Experience: Proven, solid background working within a hospital environment (e.g., medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, or inpatient units).
Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency in IV therapy insertion, maintenance, and management.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, emotional resilience, and a strong commitment to patient advocacy.
