We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Global Business Support Services Team, based in Pakistan, to provide expert-level Recruitment support to our Global Clients. As a Technical Recruiter for our Renewable Energy Clients, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment process, delivering qualified candidates to our clients both locally and globally.
As a recruiter with Sperton, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and best fit for multiple assigned positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates for our clients.
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to attract top talent.
What you bring to the table:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the Global Renewable Energy Industry or related field
- Solid understanding of leading and managing full-cycle recruitment campaigns for technical and non-technical positions, preferably within the Renewable Energy Sector.
- Experience with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as strong experience in identifying talent through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels, including Social Media Platforms and personal/professional referrals
- Strong interviewing experience and an understanding of diverse candidate assessment methodologies.
- Highly resourceful, self-driven with the ability to develop strong relationships quickly and often virtually as well as partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and candidates.
- Ability to report and track recruiting-related data within your region to support business decisions.
- Achieve best-in-class time to fill KPIs.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stretching deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
