Summary:
The POS Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and converting leads into sales through outbound calling. The individual will guide prospects about making informed decisions based on their business needs and product relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound (cold calling) sales calls to potential clients
- Guide prospects through products/service offerings and address their queries
- Send professional emails to prospects aligned with their requirements
- Generate, manage and follow up on qualified leads
- Convert leads into successful sales through follow-ups
- Maintain minimum daily talk time targets
- Consistently follow the booster chart (sales performance tracking system)
Qualities we look for:
- Experience in an international contract center environment (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Convincing and persuasive skills
- Effective time management and multitasking
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Ability to set and manage priorities under pressure
