Title: Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to: National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets (Volume, Value & Contribution Margin)
  • Conduct regular visits to existing clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and manage collections
  • Develop new business from FMCG clients (local & multinational)
  • Collaborate with the technical team for troubleshooting and client servicing

What We’re Looking For

  • BBA/MBA/M.Com with 2–4 years of sales experience in printing & packaging
  • Knowledge of printing, inks, and adhesives
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Office
