Business Development Manager (Freight Sales)
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve targeted revenue and growth.
- Develop new businesses for all product range.
- To own, monitor & drive all sales activities of new, existing and assigned customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified & nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable & sustainable customer deals.
- Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
- Developing and leveraging on company’s branding and professional profile.
- Retention of accounts through customer service excellence.
- Gathering and sharing of market intelligence.
- Ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ’s.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 4-year(s) sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
- Relevant job knowledge and experience, including ocean & air, both import and export.
- Willing to work in Jakarta or Surabaya
