Urgently looking for Purchase Executive for an Oil& Gas Contracting Co. having operations in India& Abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Identify and source suppliers for required goods and services.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues that arise.
- Order Processing:
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor order status and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Inventory Control:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular stock assessments.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock storage and distribution.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay informed about industry trends.
- Analyze pricing trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Reporting:
- Prepare procurement reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor budgetary compliance and report any discrepancies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for special projects as needed.
Qualification-Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engg.
Experience- 3 years of experience in Engg. Procurement.
