Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management:
   • Identify and source suppliers for required goods and services.
   • Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery terms.
2. Negotiation:
   • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
   • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues that arise.
3. Order Processing:
   • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
   • Monitor order status and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
4. Inventory Control:
   • Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular stock assessments.
   • Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock storage and distribution.
5. Market Research:
   • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay informed about industry trends.
   • Analyze pricing trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
6. Reporting:
   • Prepare procurement reports and present findings to management.
   • Monitor budgetary compliance and report any discrepancies.
7. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
   • Participate in cross-functional teams for special projects as needed.

Qualification-Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engg.

Experience- 3 years of experience in Engg. Procurement.
