- Roles and Responsibilities • Calendar Management: have an up-to-date calendar to ensure effective daily schedules and attendance. • Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate. • Preparing MoMs’, emailing & following up on the same. • Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of the Director as and when required and as guided. • Collating reports and documents for the weekly and monthly meetings as and when instructed and to co-ordinate with different teams to ensure the tasks are delivered on time to the Director • Working and managing the Director’s office efficiently and proactively • Administrative support to the Director as and when required. • Maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality about all the tasks assigned. • Handling all travel related duties for both Domestic & International. • Meeting and greeting the Clients who come to meet the Director • Open to sir for late working hours • Fix appointments Administrative: • Handling of Meeting rooms booking • Ensuring that the equipment in the same are functioning and taking care of the same if not. • General office administration to be handled proactively. • Maintaining a log, approving expenses & submitting the same to the accounts department. • Ensuring that all the travel related documents are filed for future correspondence and for easy access
