Position: Associate Advocate

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: Required: 2-3 Years (Post LLB)

Specialization: Litigation and Non-Litigation(Corporate)

Job Description:

Litigation Responsibilities:

• Represent clients across various forums including Lower Courts, District Courts, High Court, Consumer Forums, Arbitration Tribunals, etc.
• Draft pleadings such as plaints, written statements, appeals, and petitions.
• Appear for hearings, handle client litigation queries, and prepare case strategy.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders for case updates and court documentation.

Non-Litigation Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents for corporate clients.
• Handle matters related to Intellectual Property, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Manage legal due diligence and compliance reports for clients. Maintain and manage documentation related to company law, FEMA, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a passionate legal professional with the following skills:

• Educational Qualification: LLB (3 or 5 years); LLM is an advantage.
• Strong Legal Expertise: Thorough knowledge of litigation practices and corporate laws.
• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and vetting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confidence, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset.
