We are hiring for our client, a trusted leader with over 25 years of experience in providing Broadband Network Planning, FTTH, GIS, and IT solutions to Broadband providers, MSOs, Network Construction firms, and Utility companies. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, we are expanding our U.S. presence and seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development. This role will drive sales and foster strategic partnerships.
About the Role
This role blends direct sales, strategic partnerships, and leadership. You will drive new business, manage key accounts, and lead expansion efforts in the U.S. market.
Starting independently, you will engage CXOs and decision-makers, while also coordinating sales consultants. As the business grows, you will expand and build a dedicated team to support ongoing growth.

- Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive
- Future Team Leadership – Set the foundation to grow and lead a dedicated team over time.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in business development and sales within the U.S. Broadband/Utilities sector.
- Strong network of industry decision-makers, including CXOs at Broadband providers, MSOs, and Network Construction firms.
- Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker & hands-on leader, capable of both selling directly and building a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and close complex deals.
- Willing to travel within the U.S. for client meetings and business development.
