Position Overview
Client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their sales team in the Western Region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing territory sales, driving new business, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience and a passion for the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Take ownership of the assigned sales territory, driving growth through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and relationship-building.
- Sales Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and create an ongoing pipeline of inquiries to drive business growth.
- Engage with clients at various locations to understand their needs and present our client's products as ideal solutions.
- Negotiation and Deal Finalization: Handle inquiries, negotiate offers, and close deals to secure business.
- Dealer/Distributor Appointments: Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors who will assist with project-based sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, consultants, and PMCs to raise awareness of the company’s technologies and products.
- Internal Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with internal teams from the initial inquiry stage to final execution.
- Payment Follow-ups: Monitor the collection of payments and ensure they are processed within agreed credit limits.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare quotes, manage negotiations, and maintain clear communication with senior management and customers.
- Training & Development: Provide mentorship to new sales recruits and assist in their professional development.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with experience in the elevator or parking system industries being a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Client-Focused: A solid understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present and explain complex technical products clearly and persuasively.
Qualification
Education: A bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
