Key Responsibilities – Regional Operations, Leadership, and Performance
- Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of managers and staff across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of performance and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth, achieve financial targets, and improve operational efficiency within the region.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards at all sites within the assigned region.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation to maximise results.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between sites to create a collaborative and learning-driven culture.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices throughout regional operations.
Essential Skills and Experience – Regional Management, Business Development, and Collaboration
- Significant experience in a regional or multi-site management role, preferably within a technical, commercial, or service-oriented sector.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills; ability to inspire teams towards common goals.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound commercial awareness and analytical approach to driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital business tools; experience with ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Adaptable mindset with resilience to respond to rapidly changing priorities and challenges.
Qualifications and Desirable Attributes – Leadership, Change Management, and Industry Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Further business, management, or industry qualifications are desirable.
- Track record of managing budgets, operational projects, and/or business transformations within complex environments.
- Commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous professional development.
