Key Responsibilities – Regional Operations, Leadership, and Performance

• Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of managers and staff across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of performance and employee engagement.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive growth, achieve financial targets, and improve operational efficiency within the region.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards at all sites within the assigned region.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation to maximise results.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between sites to create a collaborative and learning-driven culture.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices throughout regional operations.

Essential Skills and Experience – Regional Management, Business Development, and Collaboration

• Significant experience in a regional or multi-site management role, preferably within a technical, commercial, or service-oriented sector.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills; ability to inspire teams towards common goals.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound commercial awareness and analytical approach to driving business growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital business tools; experience with ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Adaptable mindset with resilience to respond to rapidly changing priorities and challenges.

Qualifications and Desirable Attributes – Leadership, Change Management, and Industry Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
