Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Windchill Developer with 4–10 years of experience to play a key role in delivering complex, customized PLM solutions for high-profile clients. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design to implementation, customization, and ongoing support.

Your Mission:

✅ Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Java and Windchill APIs
✅ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
✅ Work with clients to understand business needs and implement tailored Windchill solutions
✅ Configure and customize Windchill PLM to meet client-specific requirements
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
✅ Provide documentation, training, and technical support
✅ Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned

Your Superpowers:

✅ 5–10 years of experience in Windchill development and customization
✅ Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Windchill APIs
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
✅ Experience working with clients in the media and technology sector is a strong advantage
✅ Familiarity with web technologies such as JSP, JavaScript, Spring, and MVC frameworks
✅ Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and enterprise system integration
✅ Experience with ERP integrations is preferred
✅ Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus
✅ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset
