Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with a background in medical representative roles are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate must have excellent coordination skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact between the agency and client.
- Understand client business, brand, and communication needs.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative and strategy teams.
- Coordinate project execution from planning to final delivery.
- Ensure timely and quality-driven delivery of all work.
- Manage feedback constructively and maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, media, and production teams.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and post-campaign analysis.
- Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing or as a Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company.
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance and marketing protocols is an added advantage.
