Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our shoe sole chemical business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for customer engagement. Experience in chemical or footwear materials sales is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell shoe sole chemicals to manufacturers and distributors
- Develop and manage a client portfolio in the footwear and allied industries
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and product development teams for customer-specific solutions
- Meet sales targets and report regularly on market feedback and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant sales experience (preferred in chemical or footwear industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confident and professional personality with strong interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
