Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UAT Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will focus on post-release and post-implementation testing of our Mobile Application, ensuring high-quality user experiences across both English and local language versions. This role requires close collaboration with business and development teams, meticulous defect tracking, and clear communication throughout the testing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation UAT testing for mobile applications in both English and local languages.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute test cases based on defined business requirements.
Identify, document, and report bugs and issues to development teams; ensure timely resolution and retesting.
Regularly update stakeholders on testing progress and escalate potential risks or blockers to the UAT Project Lead.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test results, and defect logs to support formal sign-off processes.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and UAT workflows for improved efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile app testing or end-user testing.
Hands-on experience testing Android mobile applications
Proficiency with REST API testing tools such as Postman
Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch.
Experience in e-Commerce or Fintech environments is a plus
Strong multitasking abilities and experience in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
