About the Role:
We are looking for an "Identity and Access Management Consultant" for one of our clients in Norway. This is a full-time onsite contractual job.
Location: Asker OR Kongsberg
Job Description:
• Coordinate and follow up on activities related to Identity and access management
• Be an architect for authentication protocols and role-based access control
• Ensure that access controls and identity management are documented, implemented, and adhered to
• Perform and follow up on regular access reviews to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and guidelines
• Actively participate in internal and external audits
• Ensure that access requirements comply with external standards and that documentation is up to date
• Serve as the point of contact and coordinator for relevant subject areas
• Collaborate closely across IT and security teams to ensure a holistic approach and compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and routines within security and access management
MUST-HAVE COMPETENCES:
Solid experience and knowledge in the management of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
* Consultant must be able to obtain security clearance.

Norwegian & English
Contract Start date:
in August 2025, after agreement.
End date: 31.12.2025
