About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and proactive "Internal Communications Consultant" to join our client's Communications Integration team. In this pivotal, part-time role, you will act as a key connector, ensuring our client's narrative, purpose, and values resonate with employees across 27 different markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Voice: Act as a central editor and expert for internal news stories, ensuring high editorial standards and a consistent tone of voice across all internal channels, including Intranet, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and internal newsletters.
• Craft Compelling Content: Support internal teams by writing and editing a variety of communications, from leadership messages and letters to email marketing campaigns.
• Champion the Narrative: Ensure the client's core narrative, purpose, strategy, and values are consistently and effectively communicated through all internal content.
• Drive Engagement: Manage internal channels, publish news, and utilize analytics to measure and report on content performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A senior-level communicator with a minimum of seven years of experience as an editor or internal communicator.
• A fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Educated with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Communications, or equivalent experience.
• An expert at planning, multitasking, networking, and stakeholder management.
• A flexible professional who thrives in a complex, matrixed, and 100% remote work environment.

Location: 100% Remote - Wroclaw (PL) or Gdansk (PL) or Cracow (PL) or Helsinki (FI) or Copenhagen (DK) or Warsaw (PL) or Oslo (NO) or Budapest (HU)

Assignment Period: October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026

Workload: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)
