We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for CA Inter / CA Final Aspirants to join their Finance & Accounts team.

Position Summary

The role provides hands-on exposure in finance, accounting, auditing, and taxation. CA Inter and Final students will work closely with senior Chartered Accountants and finance managers, gaining practical knowledge in compliance, reporting, and corporate finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation & finalization of financial statements.

• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.

• Prepare tax computations, returns, and assist in GST/TDS filings.

• Maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with ICAI guidelines, Companies Act, and local laws.

• Research & analyze financial and taxation issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA Inter cleared (IPCC) or CA Final aspirant.

• Strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle) preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

• High integrity, confidentiality, and learning attitude.
