About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes, handling performance evaluations, drafting policies, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Developers, Testers, and Designers.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Oversee onboarding and induction for new hires.
Manage offboarding including exit interviews and full & final settlements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Performance Management & Evaluation
Coordinate and manage periodic performance reviews.
Partner with managers to define KPIs and performance goals.
Support employee development and career growth initiatives.
Policy & Compliance
Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR guidelines.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
8–10 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
