(Mid/ Senior) SAP Consultant (Logistik Module)

Travel: Minimal – mostly regional clients (max. 1 day/week on-site)

With a team of 20 employees — two-thirds of whom are senior consultants — we specialize in process optimization and digitization for small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs), primarily family-run manufacturing companies.
Independent from SAP, we focus on long-term client relationships, working closely with regional clients (100–5,000 employees) to deliver customized SAP solutions with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
As a SAP Consultant at itprocess GmbH, you’ll take on a key role in shaping our clients’ business processes. You’ll collaborate directly with family-owned manufacturing companies, guiding them through SAP implementations and optimizations that make their businesses more efficient and future-ready.
You will:
- Analyze & optimize business processes for SME clients in the manufacturing sector.
- Lead SAP implementation and optimization projects, including customizing and cross-module consulting.
- Act as a trusted client advisor, managing requirements and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Serve as a project manager and point of contact, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive multiple projects concurrently, making the role both dynamic and impactful
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one SAP logistics module (SD, MM, PP, WM)
- Proven customizing and project experience.
- Fluency in German (C2) to work effectively with our SME clients.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with a solution-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with multiple SAP modules.
- Understanding of technical aspects (ABAP is not required).
- French language skills
