Product Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, have a good understanding of International & Domestic destinations, and possess the ability to craft Customize Travel Itinerary for guest as per their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel goals
- Research destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation, and local experiences
- Develop vendors, tour operators and partners for best rates for their services
- Coordinate with vendors, tour operators and travel partners for bookings and logistics
- Ensure itineraries are logistically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations
- Communicate itinerary details clearly to clients, offering guidance and recommendations
- Update and maintain itinerary templates and travel packages regularly
- Stay up to date with travel trends, visa regulations, and safety advisories
- Handle post-booking support and assist with amendments or cancellations when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in travel planning, itinerary design, or tourism operations
- Strong knowledge of International and Domestic destinations and travel logistics
- Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple itineraries and meet tight deadlines
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Writing and Speaking Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a travel agency, DMC, or tour operator
- Knowledge of niche travel segments like luxury, adventure, cultural, eco-tourism, etc.
