Detail-driven Quality Engineer with strong manufacturing expertise, ensuring top-notch product standards, process improvement, and zero-defect production efficiency.
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
Ensure Quality target is established and achieved in product development, production process and customer Quality.
- Customer complaint management
- Quick response and effective communication with customer .
- Quick collect phenomenon of quality problems at the first time and feedback to the factory .
- Coordinate with relative department of SHB factory to define the containment action plan and lead the implementation of containment action plan in customer factory .
- Coordinate with relative department of SHB factory to investigate root cause and drive for
- improvement and submit 8D report to customer.
- Regularly visit and proactive communicate with customers to collect product quality performance and customer proposal and lead continue improvement for quality and service .
Project quality management
- New project risk identification and sample quality insurance.
- Onsite review of sample assembly process at customer assembly line to collect information from customer side .
- Regularly visit and proactive communicate with customers to collect new project information and customer proposal and lead continue improvement to reduce the project risk .
- Support project manager to achieve smoothly mass production of project .
- Engineering change and procrss change quality insurance
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above .
- More than 5 years Quality experience, at least 3 year in automotive field .
- Have knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 .
- Familiar with quality tool ,such as 8D, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA ,APQP,Control plan and so on .
- Working experience in motor is priority
