Document Control
Organize and manage company documents, ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance. Support audits, maintain databases, and coordinate with teams for smooth document flow and updates.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all company documents, both digital and hard copies.
Keep records updated, accurate, and easy to find when needed.
Control document versions and make sure only the latest copies are used.
Support audits by preparing and providing required documents.
Ensure documents follow company and ISO standards.
Work with different departments to collect, review, and update documents.
Manage document databases or systems like SharePoint or ERP.
Help improve document control procedures and maintain good filing practices.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma or degree in business, administration, quality management, or similar field.
1–2 years of experience in document control or admin work is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible.
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to communicate in Malay, English, and Chinese.
Preferably Malaysian Chinese.
