HEAD OF PRODUCTION (TEAM LEADER) – WIPER
Lead the Wiper production team with hands-on leadership in automotive manufacturing; drive output, quality, and people development in Johor. Mandarin proficiency required.

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (9:00AM – 6:00PM)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Head of Production (Team Leader) to lead the Wiper Production Division.
This position requires strong leadership, solid automotive manufacturing background, and the ability to manage production planning, manpower, and operational performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily production operations (Wiper assembly line)
Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality KPIs are met
Manage manpower planning, attendance, and team discipline
Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
Coordinate closely with QA, Maintenance, Planning & Warehouse
Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOP
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare production reports for management review
Requirements
Must be Malaysian candidates
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
Proven experience managing production teams
Automotive background is mandatory
Mandarin & Chinese language proficiency is mandatory (for stakeholder communication)
Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills
