Location: Printing & Packaging Manufacturing Facility – Multan, Pakistan

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, reliable, and efficient plant operations — maintaining the heart of production through technical expertise and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the mechanical maintenance team handling machines such as printing presses, laminators, slitters, rewinders, and auxiliaries.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, perform troubleshooting, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory, plan procurement, and ensure cost-effective utilization.
- Collaborate with Production and Electrical/Automation teams to resolve cross-functional technical challenges.
- Ensure all systems adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive schedules in ERP systems.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery and equipment.
- Mentor and train junior technicians on safe and efficient maintenance practices.
Qualification Requirements:
- Education: DAE or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within packaging, printing, or process manufacturing industries.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine alignment.
- Strong hands-on experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for maintenance reporting (Odoo preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
