Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 operational leadership and accountability for the defined behavioral health unit(s).
- Lead effective care delivery through strong caregiver engagement, mentorship, and compassionate accountability.
- Manage resources wisely and oversee budgetary components of the unit.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships across the health system to advance strategic plans.
- Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement in a complex and changing environment.
What We’re Looking For in You:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a current Oregon RN License (or upon hire), BLS certification, and 5+ years of nursing experience with a track record in progressive leadership roles.
- Preferred: A Master’s Degree in a related field (MSN, MBA, MHA).
- The Ideal Candidate: A resilient, emotionally intelligent leader who excels at building teams, driving operational excellence, and navigating change within a behavioral health setting.
