Drive international growth and shape market strategy! We are seeking a dynamic Regional Application Engineering to pioneer and expand our presence in the Mexico market. The Regional Application Engineering serves as a subject matter expert on the application of FR3 fluid. Provide commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Mexico.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business partnerships and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic direction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings in Mexico.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For in You:
- Subject matter expert on the application of FR3 fluid
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- 4 years of related work experience.
- Experience with insulating liquids in transformers
- Required: Proven track record in business development, sales, or market expansion, specifically within the Mexican market.
- Required: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Required: Deep cultural and business understanding of Mexico.
- Ideal Candidate: A strategic, self-motivated professional with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Also, experience with FR3 Fluids in the Oil / Refinery / Drilling industry, and Transformer design experience & hands on with Oils and lubricants.
