About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in electrical control panels, switchgear, or automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, technical sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for electrical control panels and related products.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and specifications to clients.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and project specifications.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and site visits.
Negotiate commercial terms, finalize orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain market intelligence and support business strategy with regular client and competitor insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in sales of electrical panels, switchgear, or industrial automation systems.
Sound understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and panel design.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and expanding market presence.
