Why This Role?
We are looking for a Manager – Service & Maintenance (Technical Support Services) on behalf of our client.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a well-established oilfield services organization. The selected candidate will oversee key technical divisions; engineering, maintenance, and asset integrity, ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in driving preventive maintenance strategy, modernization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technical Support Services strategy in line with corporate objectives, driving operational excellence and digital transformation.
- Lead engineering, maintenance, and reliability initiatives, including design, troubleshooting, commissioning of new units, preventive/predictive maintenance, and standardization of practices.
- Ensure asset integrity, technical compliance, and HSE standards, implementing risk-based inspection and lifecycle management programs.
- Manage, mentor, and develop technical teams, oversee project prioritization, budgeting, and performance reporting, and represent the function in board-level reviews and audits.
What We’re Looking For in You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, and asset integrity management.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within industrial or oilfield environments.
- Expertise in SAP EAM, Maximo, or similar asset management systems.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
- Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading digital and operational transformation initiatives.
