We are Seeking a Senior Real Estate Management Professional for our client. Manage leased and owned properties, drive maintenance and projects, and ensure operational excellence on-site.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Professional in Real Estate Management to manage and oversee their portfolio of rented and owned properties in Ludvika. The consultant will be responsible for budget management, maintenance planning, contract evaluation, and coordination of construction projects, acting as the main contact for property owners, contractors, and internal business units.
This senior-level (P3) role requires independent work, managing complex property issues, ensuring compliance with laws and corporate standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Who you are
- Solid experience in real estate and facility management, preferably in industrial or commercial environments
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing properties, budgets, and maintenance programs
- Skilled in project coordination, contract evaluation, and construction oversight
- Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Holds a valid driver’s license
What will you do
- Oversee and manage leased and owned premises across multiple sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization, property owners, landlords, and external contractors.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets related to property operations, maintenance, and investment projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as renovation and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal directives, regulatory standards, and applicable legal requirements.
- Conduct financial analyses and evaluations of contracts, supplier performance, and service agreements.
- Serve as a requirements owner in construction and development projects, ensuring alignment with operational and business needs.
- Coordinate property-related issues and collaborate with business units and support functions to optimize facility planning and utilization.
