Assignment Description
We are hiring someone to support the planning and execution of national and international congresses, conferences, and trade fairs for our company, whose core business is high-quality nutritional supplements. The role includes managing our trade fair booth, contributing to sales-related projects and digital marketing activities, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. The position also involves assisting with post-event follow-up and evaluating event performance.
Who You Are
- A versatile and responsible professional
- Fluent in German at C2 level (working language)
- Experienced in sales, with 2–3 years in a relevant sales role
- Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the company professionally
- Willing and able to travel to 8–12 events per year
- Organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Motivated to contribute to projects within the field of high-quality nutritional supplements
What You Will Do
- Plan, organize, and execute national and international congresses, conferences, and trade fairs
- Manage the company’s trade fair booth (approx. 8–12 events per year), including customer consulting and on-site support
- Collaborate on sales-related projects and digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product management
- Assist with post-event follow-up and evaluate event success and performance
- Represent the company professionally at events within the field of high-quality nutritional supplements
