Specification Manager

Designation: Specification Manager

Department: Sales/BD

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate in engineering or technical degree, several years of industry-specific experience.

Experience Level: 7–10 years of experience in same industry

Key Objectives:

To drive sales growth by ensuring product specifications meet client needs, industry standards, and project requirements.

Job Description:

  • Product approval and business development for all products in Consultants & Key accounts.
  • Working with key consultants, key accounts to get approval for all products ranges of EWD, Wires, Lighting, MCB, Fan, Conduits and Automation.
  • Should have good knowledge of Electrical Products and should preferably be Electrical Engineer and the having relationships with Electrical Consultants.
  • Ability to provide technical product advice and support.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, particularly within the architecture, construction, or relevant industry.

BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Architects, Landscape Architects, and Councils. Ability to provide technical product advice and support.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, particularly within the architecture, construction, or relevant industry.
