🎯 Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Import Executive – Documentation, responsible for managing end-to-end import documentation, coordination with CHAs, and ensuring compliant and timely import clearances.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage import documentation in line with customs regulations.
Coordinate with CHAs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and other agencies.
Track and monitor import shipments for timely clearance and delivery.
Maintain records of import transactions including BOE, invoices, packing lists, etc.
Liaise with internal teams like Accounts, Purchase, Stores for smooth processing.
Handle communication (verbal & written) in English for documentation and coordination.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements related to imports.
📚 Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years experience in import documentation with a CHA or Importer.
Strong knowledge of Import Documentation, Incoterms, HS Codes, Customs Procedures.
Skilled in filing Bill of Entry (BOE) via ICEGATE.
Understanding of HSN/CTH codes, duty rates.
Experience with SEZ documentation (DTA sale B/E, DSPF, Import B/E, ZTOZ Transfer, etc.).
Awareness of customs compliance and regulatory norms.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Ability to work independently & handle multiple priorities.
Graduate in any discipline.
Preference for candidates from Navi Mumbai.
