Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound & inbound customer calls
Assist customers using prepared scripts and guidance
Provide clear product and service information
Collaborate with the team to achieve service targets
Salary & Benefits
RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 monthly

1‑month paid training provided
Working Hours
Rotational shifts (5 working days per week)
2 days off weekly (scheduled rotation)
