QAQC Executive (Plastic Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Leadership
Lead quality assurance activities to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
Drive compliance with ISO and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Inspection & Testing
Ensure incoming and outgoing inspections are conducted effectively.
Coordinate with production to minimize non-conforming products.
Manufacturing Issue Resolution
Identify, document, and resolve manufacturing quality issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
QA/QC Program Implementation
Assist in implementing and maintaining QA/QC systems (e.g., QA sampling systems).
Ensure full compliance with ISO requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date quality standards, manuals, procedures, and records.
Follow up on NCR, CAR, and Master Sample controls.
External & Customer Liaison
Liaise with external parties regarding ISO requirements.
Communicate with customers on quality-related matters.
Management & Continuous Improvement
Lead management review meetings.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor and ensure proper training and development of QA personnel.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing or related industry.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, and quality regulations.
Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits.
Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
High attention to detail.
Familiar with quality management systems and related software.
Committed to ethical conduct and continuous improvement.
Adaptable to changing standards and industry trends.
