Workday Integration Lead

Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Assignment Description
This assignment involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday integrations for enterprise clients. The role requires collaboration with clients and third-party vendors, guiding integration architecture and ensuring seamless data flows. While most work can be done remotely, occasional on-site visits in Stavanger may be required.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct integration discovery workshops to assess client systems and integration needs.
Design and oversee the implementation of Workday integrations, including Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
Manage integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and support smooth go-live transitions.
Maintain comprehensive integration documentation and technical specifications.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to enable secure data exchange and automation.
Provide advisory support to clients on integration strategies and deployment decisions.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and minimal disruption to business processes during integration.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise Workday integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex integrations.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in English; Norwegian is a bonus.
